Teledyne Paradise Datacom QFlex-60 Satellite Modem
Teledyne Paradise Datacom QFlex-60 Satellite Modem
The Paradise Datacom QFlex-60 is a software-defined satellite modem, a variant of the flagship Q-Flex, a super affordable platform that offers great value, but maintains highly stable RF performance. It supports an extended L-band frequency range, better RF performance, more headroom for future upgrades and lower power consumption.
It is ideal as a versatile point-to-point modem. It is a drop-in replacement for the Q-Flex and Q -Lite and is fully compatible with our older modems (including the Evolution and Quantum).
Advanced Bandwidth-Efficient Features
The QFlex-60 modem supports the most powerful bandwidth-saving technology available. DVB-S2X is 20% to 60% more bandwidth efficient than its predecessor, DVB-S2. Paired Carrier+ is our enhanced carrier overlap technology that allows transmit and receive carriers to occupy the same space segment. Bandwidth-saving IP features include ACM, acceleration and header and payload compression.
