In addition to encodin MPEG 1 audio, the EN-100 adds support for Dolby Digital Plus, ACC-LC and HE-AAC (v1 and v2) mixed mode audio encoding supporting stereo (2.0) and multi-channel surround (5.1) modes.Over the top (OTT) video delivery is a growing segment. Future firmware releases for the EN-100 will enable direct adaptive-stream delivery to a CDN via RTMP of through DVB TS format. One uncompressed frame size and frame rate in with up to four concurrent resolutions and bit rates coded for direct delivery to phones, pads, pcs, or DVB/ATSC/ISDBtB set tops and televisions. The EN-100 encodes and concurrently transports services via ASI, IP and DVBS/S2. The DVBS/S2 modulator is available in IF or L-band with modulation modes ranging from QPSK up to 32APSK 5% rolloff based on software licenses.

RF Input

In addition to encoding phase aligned audio, the EN-100 pass-through support includes PCM, DolbyE (16 and 20 Bit) and Dolby AC3 (2.0 and 5.1). The EN-100 encodes and concurrently transports services via ASI, IP and DVBS/S2. The Newtec DVBS/S2 modulator is available in IF or L-band with modulation modes ranging from QPSK up to 32APSK based on software licenses.
