The highly advanced Wellav IFQ360 provides exceptional capabilites for IP stream processing and QAM modulating.  As more services like VOD, SVOD and OTT are added to Cable TV systems requiring IP streams, there is an urgent requirement to process these IP Streams efficiently.

High Capacity

The Wellav IFQ360 Edge QAM has the processing capacity of up to 2048 IP Streams in and 192 channels QAM modulation in a one RU device. The output QAM module in this Wellav modulator is flexible and efficient as it will support discrete frequencies modulation, RE-MUX and process Transport Streams, Service, PID coding. The QAM module offers scrambling capability. Monitoring of the equipment temperature and bit-rate statistics are available options, which can play a very important part at ensuring proper functions and long term operation.
