The rugged and reliable Cobham Satcom Thrane and Thrane BGAN Explorer 500 Portable Inmarsat Terminal makes it easy to stay connected anywhere in the world. It is a complete broadband connectivity the size of a compact netbook. It is ideal for single business and recreational travelers who frequently change locations, consisting of only one unit hosued with a transceiver and integrated antenna.
The perfect blend of portability and IP performance is provided by the Inmarsat BGAN Thrane and Thrane Explorer 500 terminal. Fully compatible with all Inmarsat BGAN airtime data plans, this system delivers simultaneous high quality voice and broadband access at speeds of 464kbps.
Smallest IP Access System
